Terms & Conditions:
- Security deposit of RM1, 000 (ONE THOUSAND RINGGIT MALAYSIA) per panel advertisement space (Refundable).
- Advertisement on the panel(s) must be removed within 3 days after the end of contracted duration. Otherwise, the security deposit will be used for removing the advertisement on the panel(s).
- Security deposit is forfeited (non-refundable) applied to the situations below:
- Cancellation of rental space(s) after rental booking is confirmed or after signing agreement.
- Security deposit is refundable upon removal of advertisement on the panel(s) by the end of contracted duration.
- Full payment is to be made payable to OneTJ Management Sdn. Bhd. upon booking.
- Advertisement published must be in collaboration with ONETJ – ICT Shopping Complex’s concepts, in products and services.
- Advertisement rental charges exclude installation and removal of advertisement on the panel(s).
- Advertisement must be published on the panel(s) during the contracted duration. There should not be any blank or null advertisement on the panel(s) during the contracted duration.
Design and artworks:
- Design and artworks of advertisement is subject to approval from OneTJ Management Sdn. Bhd. before installation.
- Design and artworks of advertisement on panel(s) are to be changed half yearly (6 months).
